£1.50 in Scotmid the now.

Love a cheap tube for the weekend.

Are they worse for you than actually crisps though?

I've read a few threads that say they are!

They taste very "artificial" compared to other crisps. Also, once you pop you can't stop is a very accurate tagline; I can polish a tube off in about 5 mins.

A weakness for me, that once you pop is so true. Once I’ve popped, the whole tube is gone in about 10 minutes😞

salt n vinegar the best imo

Haha, Very true, but i'm trying to stay off the crisps in general.

I thought pringles were a healthier option, until now!

I had a doner kebab last night at 10pm after a few pints.

I suppose it's like the people that order a diet coke with there mcdonalds.

I would actually like to know if pringles are worse for you than walkers salt n vinegar though. I could ram 4 bags of them down my neck while watching a film

1004 calories in a tub of Salt and Vinegar. 4.6g of Salt which is about 2/3rds of reccomended intake.

I prefer Aldies own make ones.  Snackrite stackers i think they are called and only 79p.

The BBQ or Salt and vinegar ones in particular.

Mate, I'm on the pints, can you put it in laymen's terms?

The same volume of crisps compared to the same volume of pringes...

An average bag of walkers crisps set you back 150 calories so that's about  6 and half bags of crisps.

Well, 30 grams of salt and vinegar pringles are 157 calories and a 30 gram bag of walkers are 159 calories.   However, I doubt your going to get the scales out so stick with the walkers if your awfy worried.

Be looking like gary lineker in no time.

There is more salt in the average slice of bread than in a packet of crisps......

Салатные палочки

Set fire to a pringle and watch it burn away slowly. Saturated in fat.

Doesn't stop me rattling a tub of salt and vinegar down my throat though.

Agree. The BBQ ones are better than the Pringle's equivalent.

We need a thread on Pringle jerseys from the eighties BTW.

You mean people who are effortlessly cutting out 200 odd calories from a meal.

Put it this way, ramming Pringle or any other crisp down your gub isn't good for you and decing which is better really isn't worth the hassle. Eat well 90% of the time and eat whatever crisps you fancy when you want a treat.

I know they're not crisps, but I much prefer salt and vinegar fish'n'chips I think they're called, strong flavour. But Red Leicester Mini Cheddars are the best snack about just now IMO.

Think Quavers are the healthiest crisps going.

Probably because they're just polystyrene chips painted yellow. They're an abomination. I'd rather buy ISIS endorsed crisps than Quavers.

This thread inspired me to buy a tube today. Going to pop until I reach the bottom. Texas BBQ are my new favourite, overtaking salt and vinegar.

My favourite too,

The originals are still strangely addictive though, must be all the salt.
