Not looking forward to doing it again for Foo Fighters in that shithole. The Cure were immense but went in late as Mogwai finished due to weather. The ground is in some state - flooded at the front and a swamp most other parts. I enjoyed The Cure but today will arrive only for the Foo Fighters and skip the supports. scott herbertson Posted August 18, 2019 Share Posted August 18, 2019 In the early 80s was walking through the park at Crystal palace (which we managed when I worked for bromley council) was surprised to see a stage and a group warming up (it was early afternoon in the sun). Watched them for about 30 minutes then they played 'a Forest' which I had an ep of and I realised it was the cure. There was just me, the parks manager and a few roadies watching There was some sort of festival that evening. Wandered off as I had work to do - an odd thirty minutes!
