Just go for ‘Boooo Savannah Song’ instead.

Needs to do his talking on the pitch. I don’t believe he was even at Cardiff.

Great transfer window imo.  Building a real squad to withstand injuries.  Sounds like a broken record but when Garruchio, Souttar and Haring are back we should be very strong.

Start banging in goals and we'll be laughing.

A couple of the tackles did look like what the weedgie refs here would easily give out cards for though.

He does look good at also keeping it after winning it hope he is fit enough for this week ;)

Good man. Not sure Garruchio is going to see too much game time though.

Totally agree with this first sentence. The Scottish officials could learn a thing or two about letting the game flow from the refs down there.

Bet I'm not the only one who can't get that song out of my heid.  It's really catchy.

Think Morecambe and Wise did a funny version of it about 100 years ago.

Rat ta tat ta tat. Brilliant.

Dunno, we could do with a set piece specialist.

Pretty sure he will be involved from the start.

Hopefully Paterson has had plenty of words with him.

If anyone understands what playing for hearts means and what the fans expect it's him.

And I think he'll start off the bench.  One of us almost has to be right.  Anyway, cant wait.  21 hours to go.

Great phrase that.  Virtue signaling.  Everyone here except me uses it but none of us know what it means.  Also important to start every sentence with the word so.  And if you haven't a clue what to do about something you say you are going to have a conversation about it.  Our cabinet ministers have them all down to a fine art.

Just because you don’t know what it means doesn’t mean nobody else does.

It's clear you don't know what it means either. Think the Shan buzz phrase you were looking for was "white knighting"

Paterson and Sol Bamba had plenty to say about Hearts and Edinburgh and Clevid also helped him a lot with the deal.

I dont mind the look of Washington but it looks like he does a lot of work away from goal and really not sure he can be classed as the goalscorer we are looking for (here's hoping though). We are still a striker short IMO.

What formation would you play and who would you drop if we added another striker? It isn't about adding one player who is going to grab the mythical 20 goals. It is about adding goals all over the pith.

Halkett 5+

Walker 10+

Naismith 10+

Washington 10+

Added to the goals already in the squad from last season that will make a massive difference. Perhaps a challenge to Aberdeen for 3rd place which is the realistic target.

He is very highly rated by Cardiff fans and if he stays fit will by all accounts be a brilliant signing. Our reliance on Haring has held us back and we desperately need another player in his mould to dominate CM. Hopefully Loic is the man. I am hopeful.

Ronald Villiers

Well thought of by the Cardiff fans.  Seems like a good piece of business.  In contrast, a lot of Villa fans didn't really rate Whelan, although he surprised many of them by having a good second half of last season.  Hope he still signs though.

Yip, Said before, that without the severity of our injuries last year, I think we would have got 3rd.

It's a swing of about 5 wins.

Our squad without 3/4 long term injuries at the same time to key players are well capable of that imo.

Added to our solid performers If Walker can hit his old form, Washington hit the ground running and a few young guys like Hickey, Mulraney and MacDonald can hit a bit form we will be in a really good place and could surprise.

I have no doubt Damour and Halkett will be good signings. Whealen imo would also be a very good signing

If the above guys play around 30 games.

I'd add Uche on 10+, Haring 5+ and put Naismith on 15+

Damour looks like a direct replacement for Djoum, in my opinion. Get a feeling that he will be an upgrade, an expectation that may be quickly disappointed tomorrow!

I've watched a few youtube videos of him (i know i know) I think we could be on to a winner with this one, better than Djoum.

He's quick, good feet, great at winning the ball and his tackles are clean. Very good weighted passes and also looks like he can get forward, so not just a defensive minded midfielder.

He has had a full preseason so no reason he shouldn't be fit.

Lack of game time I think.

Says he's fit but maybe not match fit.

Think he will start and see how long he lasts.

Yes it does.  I've asked everyone except you.

😂🤣😂😂

Wasn't having a go at you.  Just that our politicians and senior officials latch on to a word or phrase and hammer it to death.  Used to be moving forward.  They wouldn't be seen dead saying that now.  It's so February.
