Epstein

I have seen a lot of speculation for a long time regarding him and more importantly those connected to him.

Much of this dismissed as smears.

Especially in the field of politics.

Obviously he hasn't been convicted but the trafficking of children by the powerful and if you are to believe the stuff related to these stories by government agencies makes the Saville stuff look tame.

Or is this still regarded as fake news?

Special K for me. Although sometimes I just buy the cheap Tesco version 'Special Low Fat Flakes'. Doesn't quite have the same ring to the name, but they're alright.

He was convicted of sexual assault, had a soft 13 month sentence that involved him sleeping in jail at night, and plea bargained the rest away. Now, it looks like they're trying to find another way to properly make him pay. Good.

Excellent press conference this morning held by Prosecutor and FBI. Freely admit there interest was restored and hyped by a news paper story in a I believe Florida newspaper. They got an investigation going and arrested him at the weekend. They also got a warrant and searched his New Yotk estate and found many pictures of young girls involved in various acts and states of undress. Refused to answer any question on any other names mentioned. Seem pretty confident in their case, but it is a long way from being finished. No doubt numerous well known names will come up.

Hadn't heard of his girlfriend for years. Perhaps he will be another to fall off the Lady Ghislane

A great fun guy per Trump.

In 2002, Trump described Epstein as “a terrific guy, a lot of fun to be with, likes beautiful women as much as I do, many on the younger side”.

Could Bill Clinton somehow be involved here too? Would be kind of amazing to lay the hammer on two pervert presidents, one from each party, in one fell swoop.

There was an underage girl that claimed Trump raped her at an Epstein party but she dropped the lawsuit. Intimidation or a BS claim, who knows. Trump very likely raped that woman writer in 95 so he's capable of anything.

Prince Andrew is another one of the creep's best pals.

This is like the plot of Taken.

Celeb/politician international sex slave trafficking ring.

I though this was andy’s pal.

Might be worth changing the title before incurring the ire of a confused, pant-sniffing Beatles fan.

Just heard a story that Bill Clinton admits to only using the pimps plane four times while accompanied by Secret Sevice etc. Contrary report states he travelled over thirty times on the planes.

I find it satisfying to see some people whom I don't really like and for whom I have little respect gettng caught in scandal. What does worry me to some extent though is who these people so far unnamed are, and the devastating affect it could have on our whole traditional way of life. Politicians, lawyers, probably judges, what happens if a lot of them are jailed or identified. Incidentally the new AG Bill Barr has recused himself as his father was involved with the accused. He gave him a job as a teacher despite the fact he had no degree for teaching, was not cerified and had never taught before. Sins of the fathers.

Trump answering a question today says he and Epstein fell out fifteen years ago and haven't spoken since no reason given for the fall out. It may have something tgo do that when Epstein was a member of Trumps Florida golf club he tried to get one of the cloakroom girls to do some recruiting for him. Trump heard about it andcancelled his membership. Today Trum stated that he was never a fan of Epstein anyway so it didn't matter tpo him anyway. This is completely contrary to his comments when he was quite praiseworthy of Epstein.

Have to say I'm getting this weird glimmer of respect for big fat Donny apparently living his entire life exactly by the credo of "It Wasn't Me" by Shaggy and Rikrok.

Links to the great and the good in the UK.

So I'd imagine that Epstein and his use of underage women(its the apparent term for child rape) would have been an open secret.

On both sides of the Atlantic.

Will be interesting to watch how this story goes.

Or doesnt.

The plea deal in the original case gave total immunity to others involved with Epstein. I doubt this will happen again, sometimes think the New York Court are just as interested in some of the people who accepted Epsteins favors. I know there is one name that Court would love to nail, and will go all out to get it.

I genuinely started this thread to see others views on this.

Bob why in your view is the New York judiciary interested in this particular name?

I just get the impression that there is one New Yorker, not presently living there that they would love to get their hooks into. I see them as having waited patiently for the "good" case to come up and see this as being the one. This particular individual denies any relationship with Epstein but past history would indicate otherwise. There are apparently lots of names. The rich, the famous and the powerful, if the stories are to be believed Acosta was responsible for protecting them, in Florida, he will nor will anyone be given that opportunity in the New York system. Epstein will probably based on the possible jail time negotiate, but will not be given any breaks for information that does not do the job.

A private investigator says anyone who was involved with Epstein knew he was a beast.

The former homicide detective who interviewed a 13 year old who looked 9 who escorted Epstein.

I mean ffs .

I'd set about anyone who I knew was doing that .

But this guy was protected by the most powerful.

And the references in the media to young women.

They are children.

This like our saville was an open secret.

Hope this ****s up some powerful and wealthy people.

Probably wont though.

Found unconscious in his cell with wounds on his neck.

Now placed on suicide watch.

Wee shame.

Surely the CIA would've got the job done...

A strange one for sure. Usually this type of prisoner is under constant surveillance. No ligatures, no sharp instruments, the posibility of suicide attempt always a first consideration.

Hopefully investigators can grab as much paperwork and electronic data as they can and nab a few more of these *******s.

How on earth could a man like that gain sufficient freedom in jail to kill himself. He was previously injured, surely he could have been under extreme surveillance. My goodness nearly sixty years ago I sat twice in a cell in the old Central Police Station in Edinburgh with murderers who were considered suic idal. Now in these days of computers cameras surveillance equipment in America a suspect cannot be watched. A sceptic has to wonder just how much money and position talks when so many names have been mentioned relative to this case.

The amount of celebrities and politicians he had dirt on. It was inevitable.

I'm surprised Harvey Weinstein hasn't met the same fate.

Very unusual that the F.B.I. has taken the lead in a Municipal jurisdiction case. Even if it is murder it doesn't seem to conform to a Federal crime. Death is reputedly by hanging, that also seems strange. Not usually ligatures available, and even some bedding and clothing made of non tearable fabrics.

I wish I had a dollar for every rectum that is puckering just now.
