Salmond should talk up our fantastic club, and persuade Donald Trump to buy out Romanov and invests some of his billions in Hearts. Simple. Yet, effective. I think AS should make that a mandatory requsite of granting permission for his golf course....You must buy out Romanov and make us great!!!
