Shelbourne are 5/1. If anyone's interested...

Definitely there’s not many goals in that team. I’d be delighted to just score a goal.

Since when has modern day numbering made the slightest bit of difference?

It's not 1919, Scott.

lol

I know, but if they are their regular squad numbers would it not mean something?

if not  i'm not sure how you conclude its a reserve side?

Comparing it to the team that played in the last league games.

They have went from 5/1 to 11/1 with ten changes from last game.

It is not a reserve side, however playing 1st team players that appear to have been out injured as they have not started in recent weeks.

It's more a mixture, as Tasvallan has seemingly correctly pointed out. Their number 1 Goalie isn't playing or on the bench, going by their last few games, He plays 15, as an example.

Anyway...what're numbers between pedants?!??

I'm having a mare on this! (in my defence I was typing while waiting onthe phone interminably to speak to someone from Barclays fraud over a credit card misuse)

I liked the 1919 remark tho!

Number 9 last week was English, number 9 tonight is Alamu.

Isn't Alamu English too?

(I've already given up trying to defend my numbers remark, so trying to deflect attention)

The Old Tolbooth

Shelbourne have made 11 changes from the team that won on Friday night apparently, that's from an irish lad who supports them and is at the game, they've also got a couple of U19s playing for them tonight, it's basically Shelbourne reserves v Hearts reserves

Sherbourne were 5/1 on Sky bet an hour ago,  now 14's! Bookies must know something as im sure more money will have been put on Shels than us.

I'm too tired for a good seething if we're rubbish.  CWC taking its toll.  Foolishly stayed up all night for the England v India game.  Worth it though and likely to do the same for the Nz game this week.  Having to work after it is the hard bit.

Hope Wig plays like Johnny Bairstow.

I know it’s good odds but I could never back against Hearts just goes so much against the grain .

Wighton , I’m more concerned that we still have doyle as a keeper

The Goalscoring Knee

Wighton steals the ball at the back and cuts back nicely to Steven MacLean who finishes neatly into the corner.

That'll irk one or two...
