England - future world domination? (NHC)

Noticed one of them on the TV bleating about VAR.

They got a penalty against Scotland because VAR  decided the ball had clipped someone's fingernail ☺

They are absolutely unashamed as bad as Celtic.

The penalty last night was never a pen in a million years.

Said it on another thread and will say it again - England’s women and Neville thought by turning up they were winning the tournament. Outclassed last night.

Sounds vaguely familiar; can't quite put my finger on why though...

There was a BBC website article last week where Neville was giving his thoughts on VAR. The article baldly stated that there had been no controversial VAR incidents in any of  THE MIGHTY LIONESSES' group games. WHich tells you everything you need to know about the BBC and their cosy building up of both England teams.

Yon smug England striker doing her goggles thing again and then learning the goal was VARed offside was my moment of the tournament. I'm bad that way.

Liked the quote on morning TV, that England were VARRED by millimeters at the goal, yet they said the penalty was of the stone wall variety???

They also took it badly that the USA goal scorer celebrated by having a drink of tea with the pinky upwards???

Maybe they wanted team USA thrown out the competition for sectarian actions?????

The goggles thing was sublime. An epic fail of Hibs proportions.
