As long as new recruits / targets have been watched over a period of time and 

our manager believes players he try’s to sign are going to be successful. At the 

end of a season most of the work should of been done on targets and not a 

reliance on You Tube which is the lazy way of looking at players and more times 

than not ending in signing a player who is not good enough.
