Don’t expect us to get anything but at least make a game of it. Will be disappointed if we get absolutely humped as will kill any momentum/feel good factor the Clarke appointment had.

Really not sure why he’s dropped Fraser

Armstrong and Fraser play in the same league as half the Belgian team not sure why you wouldn’t play them both. Both direct can run with the ball and have pace surely everything you need in a game like this.

Drops Fraser? The only player apart from Robertson who's been playing half the Belgium team every week, and our main potential threat. Dearie me.

Aye the keeper + back 3 and front 3 have been together for years now. Plenty years left in them too.

This looks like a terrible mismatch.  Scotland are paying 26/1which are the longest odds I've ever noticed.

Just shows what a smallish nation can do in football.  They appear light years ahead of us.

It's on t v here but thankfully I'll be working.

Can't see the logic in that lineup at all.

Anyway, time will tell.

Forest has been well and truly Hickeyed. Dropped now.

Wonder if he'll ever get over it.

Only 16 you know.

Good luck to Greg Taylor .3rd in line behind Scotland's two best players.

He must have thought  he will never get a game.

Hope he does well.

Awful lineup.. utterly bizarre..

Truly honking. McLeish-esque. (We'll probably win).

Hope Tierney enjoys watching. Missing his big chance here.

Clarke has shown he can get the best out of players.

It is a tough one tonight. But they've earned the right to be there.

Well I like a wee bet on the game for an interest, so after seeing the team selections, I have kept my bets to a minimum.

Red Card

S McKenna 33/1 - Slower than a week in Saughton, against Belgium, fcuk.

g

C Mulgrew 33/1 - Souttar must be saying to himself WTF.

S O'Donnell 33/1 - Up against Hazard, frightening.

G Taylor 33/1 - Hopefully the young lad will not get destroyed.

J Russell 50/1 - Great price.

I'll willingly eat my words if Scotland even play well, never mind win and I do want them to succeed.

If we are thrashed, the SFA should be cringing with embarassment but they won't be.  The big 2 are back at the top so all is well.

We're playing the team ranked number 1 in the world who haven't lost in 8 years at home (I think), getting thrashed won't be embarrassing.

Not is, we have a far stronger line up available than the one starting.. worse than 4-6-0

Fair enough but I've just read that Kaz beat us 3-0. I'd managed to obliterate that from the memory bank.

Singing is louder than at home must be a lot of bevvy merchants there.

The beer is rather strong in Belgium......and there is no way you could watch this sober.

Bet Hazard and Lukaku haven't gone up against a defence this slow, since they were playing at under 11's.

The bit in bold probably wasn't needed.

Get beat. Would rather Souttar is nowhere near this game. Get Mcginn swapped for McTominay.

Why Souttar nowhere near it? Absolutely brilliant experience for him imo..

Hes not playing but I don’t understand why you want him nowhere near it tbh.

He would be dazed for months.......walking about with shellshock. His time will come, just not tonight.

That’s not how we do things. You can’t have players thinking they’re better than the rest. Kills team chemistry. Stops above their station and all that Scottish/British $#!te.

The season is over so maybe wouldn’t affect him too badly and who’s to say he would play poorly anyway. I agree his time will come though he’s a proper footballing CH.
