Taffin Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 When Djoum left we needed a new first 11 midfielder. With Olly Lee on his way out and Haring injured, we need another first 11 midfielder. Edwards role can be covered by the youngsters but I'd have liked to keep him as an energetic sub can do wonders. I think Bozanic is better than both and happy he'll stay as a rotation / squad player if he's happy with that role. Has the work rate of Edwards and as good a set piece as Lee, that does me. Hopefully allows more game time for Cochrane and Irving and allows a half decent wage for the midfielder we're still looking to bring in. There's no negative here for me. All aboard, choo choo!! Still not convinced with Bozanic, Clare learning how to play there, Lee possibly away. Looking seriously weak in midfield so hopefully a couple of players coming in this week. Not the most gifted player in the team but certainly one of the fittest and motivated. Can't understand this with Djoum and Lee away and Haring struggling with injury.
