Keena?

Maybe, but I thought Keena was bigger, 35 seems to be similar in height to Cochrane, unless Harry has grown

Halkett looks like he has quite a high number, but might have chosen the same one he had for Livi

No Naismith, Uche or haring

Uche still training on his own in London I believe

Haring recovering from surgery over summer I think

Naismith was definitely there today, confirmed by someone working in Oriam, as was Ollie Lee

Cochrane has grown a couple of inches in height in the last year. Had some growing pains that never helped him last year.

Ah, cheers John, I knew he had a lot of niggly injuries but hadn't realised part of it was growing pains.

I think this should give people a bit of perspective. There are folk who are saying that they don't see it with him because he is thin, or not fast enough... the guy's bones haven't even stopped growing yet!

Not a bad signing on paper. Hopefully goes the way of Eoin Doyle, James Collins and Clayton Donaldson.

Our lack of transfer activity is fairly alarming though if we’re being honest, we need two strikers and a couple of midfielders and there’s nothing much happening.

I was under the impression that the 13 month payment covered the 1st month of their unemployment which is from 1 July.  It's to help in the period the player is looking for another club and so far as I am aware it does not matter if they are unemployed for the whole or part of the month.  Like you I cannot confirm my beliefs aside from odd newspaper snippets which themselves are not necesarily accurate.

It might even be something as simple as a loyalty bonus.

Possibly signing a pre contract could nullify this.

Come the first week in July if he's not confirmed I'll be concerned.

Nothing much happening in public.

A signing doesnt go from zero to 60 in a couple days FFS - usually takes months from first contact

Oof. Surely not. They've lost their minds. A 27 year old who got one goal last season, spent his whole career in non league English or Welsh leagues and has never been involved an international teams at any age group. What could possibly go wrong?

Makes our possible recruitment of Walker look an absolute bargain! Hopefully Clayton Donaldson II

He scored 15 goals last season, 14 for Forest Green and 1 for Bolton.

Their recruitment so far is very reminiscent of Calderwood's and Fenlon's. Lots of players from lower English leagues. Hopefully the same hilarity will ensue for us.

11 in League 2 and 1 in the championship. Prolific!

Off topic but I keep forgetting the miracle of the internet.  I asked a genuine question about veganism at FG and was really interested in the answer.

Instead of relying on JKB, all I had to do was Google it.

Anyway, I think bringing in a player from the lower leagues in England is the same risk as Shankland.  Might work, might not.

Hope it doesnt in this case.  Big money for the cabbages to fork out.

Be honest bud , you know as much about him as the rest of us , the square route of zip .

MCNulty would  have been a decent signing , this lad could be decent or utter Tom Kite . Spending circa 300k for him means he's got to deliver and quickly , it's a big investment for a club like Hibs  considering his age and pedigree.
