I think the club should be doing a bit more for the youth and get them involved a lot earlier. Trouble is, they then get lost as the youths (and their family) turn to Saturday football. The club is probably realistic as despite taking near 43,000 to the league cup final in 2014, we are not catering for a larger support when we move to Kingsford.
