The Compliance Officer needs sacked as she's never played the sport, we need to stop re-refereeing matches and VAR needs brought in asap. The problem with it is that any subsequent punishment is never against the team against which the offence happened. Is there any reason that retrospective red card should not be applied in the next meeting between the 2 teams? Personally I don't think Flanagan's actions were that bad.
