To avoid getting too excited, I think I'd take that as "around 13k" not "over 13k". If we've sold 12850 say, I think it would be perfectly normal and sensible when giving an interview for a chair to round that up to 13k.

Agreed. No thread title change as yet. 😎

Would she have not said nearly 13,000?

Seemed a fairly definite statement to me.

This. She said 13k, not nearly 13k, and not just under 13k. She's said it twice now. I think I'm going to trust the word of our owner when it comes to who knows how many season tickets we have sold.

Seems happy with number sold but how many could we sell if we actually had a decent side?

Better Hearts sides have played to less STs holders than present.

1998 after the cup win we had 11k STs.

We could possibly get to 15k some time in the future.

From what I have heard our competitors have suffered a slight downturn in ST sales as well.

Possibly due to the problems with finance options.

If we were playing well and winning, with some exciting football on show, then easily over 15k.

If we we won every match this season I reckon we could get over 16k next season

Aberdeen fans not expecting much this year...

As for Hamilton, how do they stay afloat with a fan base of less than most highland league teams?

Cheers bud. I'm staying where I've always been but taking earplugs so I don't have to listen to Steptoe and Son who sit behind me. "Get it forward" "FFS Levein", "Get that Clare Tae ****", at least this year "Djoum ya lazy *******", will be replaced by, "Walker ya lazy *******". Son was never a Walker fan first time round.

When I go into e-tickets it’s not giving me the option to buy a season ticket. Anyone had this problem?

Think you are best to do this in person at the ticket office or buy phone now - for example if someone has bought individual tickets for the Ross County game wher eyou would like to sit i am sure at the ticket office they could sell you the season ticket for these seats but allocate you unbought seats for the Ross County game

If that's Row 23 seat 12...you weren't in B lower, however you were not far from my good self and my mates....

We had different people each week in the seats behind us, some irritating some not.

They have renumbered the seats in some areas too so those affected will get a new card.

Im in the same seat as I have been for years but it has changed from 8 to 10.

I got a new card because of the seat number being changed from 21 to 23 but it's the same seat

I think if we were at 12950 and struggling to get over the line, Ann, sorry our benefactor(s) would buy up the difference and give to Big Hearts.

Quick question Scott. Why do you have to buy a phone immediately to get a season ticket? he he

Could be wrong, but im pretty sure Hibs’ season ticket sales were close to ours last season, which helped them have a high average attendance over the season (albeit debatable figures). If true they have sold 12.6k then that would suggest a drop off from last year? I’d be surprised at that giving its their  new managers first full season.

Giving the amount of doom merchants around Hearts at the moment letting their short terms moans impact their loyalty to the club its no surprise we have a bit of a drop off, but doesnt appear to be anything too significant financially thankfully.

If i cannot make a home game and a family member can go. Can they use my season ticket? Do security really check the names.

Or safer buying an adult ticket for that seat?
