Whatever his level of fitness I would NOT play him in the last league away to that mob. Hopefully he can play a part (second half sub) in the Kilmarnock game then try and get a full 90 minutes under his belt at Pittodrie so he doesnt have to play any part of the match at Parkhead. The top dog should remain Levein , however the coaching got a boot up the ass as it is clearly ineffective. Stripping out the waaaah i dont like Levein , waaaah he brought these people in etc responses. Say the structure of the coaching team got changed or some of them were swapped out for different coaches. I wonder just how much change we would see. I reckon it would be more than people would imagine. Bottom line is buck stops with Levein but its a big role to have and one that means relying on several others more than you should. Its an interesting if non Steven Naismith point

Its an interesting if non Steven Naismith point But Sadj, it's not just the coaching that's ineffective, it's the tactics on match day, the set-up, the lack of any clear cut attacking plan other than our set piece routine. That is all, solely, down to Levein. I have to admit, I just don't get the clamour to ensure that Levein holds on to power.

Maybe that has something to do with the tactical approach etc. Without being in the inner sanctum we dont know what is asked what is passed on and how much that info is utilised to form tactics etc. What if there is not exactly a ? belief in the coaching team from some parts? Yet due to the structure changing that now is nigh on difficult its a summer thing? Again structure is something for a different thread. For instance , performances have been progressively getting worse bar the odd one/half here and there. If i was getting info and unsure of the confidence i would put in that info i would become less and less invested in the info being accurate to where I was almost dismissive of it and certainly become more introverted in my approach. That aside...Convo for a different thread but one that is to me interesting.
