Governor Tarkin

That is a great film with a brilliant soundtrack.

People mistake films that are about character relationships rather than strict plots as directionless but that film has superb acting.  One of Bill Murray's career highlights.

:spoton:

Fair enough if it's not your thing, though.

Taste is all that matters but there are enough fans of Lost in Translation to say it isn't a dud.

Will Smith's been in a few shockers.

Bright - Netflix film and it is just awfum

Wild, Wild West. - He turned down the opportunity to be Neo in the Matrix for this role.

After earth - utterly awful film.

Great actor don't always make great films.

So..... the wife has been having a sunday in front of the telly watching films, and I have now watched an hour of one of the worst ever since troll 2.

Well, half watched, it's a bruce willis film called reprisal, has anyone else had to suffer it???

Utter utter utter claptrap!!!  A guy just fired 27 shots out of his smith and wesson, which is impressive since I'm sure it only holds 15!!

Why didn't I read this thread?

Just watched this utter tripe and thought I bet it's listed in here, not just listed but quoted in the op. Rightly so, Willis must be struggling that he took this one on.

I recall attending the Island of Doc Moreau with a g/f in the 90s. She wanted to walk out, I was too busy laughing at it.

Will Smith is an absolute pain in the arse. Every single second he spends in film feels like a minute. Not half as funny and charming as he thinks he is and almost all his films are unmitigated crap. Thats me being polite.

Just watched 'England Is Mine' the Morrissey film. **** me. Dreadful. Another film that paints the north of England as some sort of miserable hellhole populated by bullies and wankers. A shite film with no real point and you learn almost nothing about Morrissey other than he's a bit of a twat, a total smart arse and pretty unlikable. Things we already know.

Followed it up with Annihilation. Another stinker. Natalie Portman wanders into the 'shimmer'. Gets attacked by some of the crappest CGI I've seen outside a Netflix Original and then it ends. Shite.

Nightshift on a Friday night. Bliss.

I have two that I've sat through both equally bad and appauling : the producers starring Matthew Broderick and The Guru starring Mike Myers

Honestly you've been warned

Heather graham is the only reason to look at the guru

Yep, lost in translation, I'm still waiting for something to happen, people creamed theirselves about it, must have been something to do with scarlett!

Speaking of warning!!  CAREFUL, do not watch the remake of pet cemetary, I even cinemad it last night, 12 minutes of sort of action at the very end, nothing else at all, also, the film uses the same macguffin 5 times!!

With hindsight I probably watched it because Willis was in it but I'm still trying to work out why. He added nothing to the film other than his name.

Marmite film definatly. I couldn't compare it to Drive, although the end is a lot of nonsense (spoiler there)

My circle around the time were a bunch of pseudo intellectual wankers who creamed profusely over that. It very very nearly became the first film I walked out on. Utter utter pish

If you're in a terrible mood the Morrissey film is quite good.

If not it's probably not. I recommended it to a workmate and I am regretting that.

Ye they love it. There is a scene in it where he gets a motorbike and is told to ride it and not to stop. And that's supposed to be good writing, and you have a talented actor like Joaquin Pheonix rolling around in the dirt and attacking people

It's even worse than the film The Dresser that regularly appears on IPlayer and is truelly awful and pretentious drivel

Awful actor, Kp.

He doesn't really ruin films he's in as they're all terrible anyway.

He can't act.

A lot of people hate Tom Green however i honestly think the guys a comedy genius. Freddie Got Fingered is the funniest film  I have ever seen and even when i watch it again I am in tears of laughter. Can't believe how slaughtered it got in the ratings when released even now the majority of people hate the film.

Films like road trip, Stealing Harvard and his MTV show are brilliant as well.

Another Nicholas cage one, now all his films I find are quite bad but in a good way. Untill I decided to watch a fairly new one on Netflix. Released 2018 called "211" I can honestly to this day say I've never watched a movie that bad in my life, the acting was horrendously bad.

Honestly please just watch it for the sheer experience of seeing something so bad.
