Thankfully back to winning ways with a resounding 6-0 win away to killie , a team who are one of our big rivals for the league

The first three goals are just embarrassing from the goalkeepers.

The last goal was good but again a decent goalie would easily save that.

I feel sorry for the keepers. A female by nature will never be able to be a decent keeper. Breasts are not exactly something that a keeper would feel help their game. I get no joy out of women being of such a poor standard at football it really is not their fault. Good to see them play the sport though.

You've got a good chance as a player to get in as a decent goalkeeper. Good incentive.

Not many women meet the criteria of a goalkeeper. 6ft plus, big frame and all the while having great agility and athletism to reach and make saves. They are also required to a have speed and footwork now as the best goalkeepers now do.

It is a position very few men even master as it is such a specialised thing.

Good win - the more Hearts teams that win, the better.

Premier league next year should see a rise in standard too

Not like you to be down beat and negative about things. Thank the Lord that Ann is too old to play in the womans team, that would finish you off !

Very good going if beating Celtic already, I’m sure they have a very good bunch (or maybe that’s Glasgow City?)

Some finish for the offside goal from Glasgow. Hearts number 10 looks good.

Carse is a decent wee player , we have a few good players and some of the younger ones are really growing into the team likes of Delworth. Pagliarulo leads them well too.

Indeed , my ex played for St Johnstone ladies and she’d of happily just belted footballs off his face til he learnt a bit of respect/class etc. Maybe a crunching challenge to make him think about the patronising nature Also.

Bazzas right boot

I8 posts, although rather creepy might hold true.

Having a chest won't help as a keeper, along with height it's not a great set up for being agile, diving and covering a large area.

I can't imagine it helps.

A fat man would have the same issue.

Wouldn't be my first train of thought, but it may have merit.

Dennis Taylor used the same reasons as to why women will never be as good at snooker as men.

Height and boobs- means that they have to use the rest far more, therefore won't be as good.

The goals need to be made smaller, the goalies do cheapen the whole look of the game. It's an easy fix as well.

20,000 I believe for a midweek friendly for Scotlands women.

Anyone who thinks Hearts investment in the promotion of football for women doesnt imo love the game or respect their loved ones who are women.

And on a purely financial note.

Its savvy.

Yup. I also think going full into setting up the academy for the women's side is a very clever move. As far as I can see no other side in Scotland has that set up.

plus I read hibs benefit hugely from Heriott watt as it's where the national performance academy is, it means they take a lot of talented young players from other clubs. Hearts have just made a much more attractive proposition to young players. It's one if the reasons Hibs head coach warned that they need to put money into the women's side or they will be overtaken by others.

If it wasn't for freebies and low admission prices the crowd wouldn't have been anywhere near that.

If there is one reason to up the stakes buddy then beating hibs is that reason.
