Vlad the impaler

Craig Levein has confirmed that Ben Garuccio has torn ligaments in his leg after twisting his knee into the turf at training, and now faces ten months out injured. More to follow

Wtf does he have the players doing in training? We must have more training ground injuries than any other club in the UK.

Surely the current training routine needs looked at? Struggling to believe how unlucky we’ve been this year with injuries.

How the **** does this keep happening (not blaming anyone)?

Well I am pointing the finger at the training regime, has to be something far wrong.  FFS

Time for Bobby burns to step in.

Jeezo, I fear for us if this is what we have coming in to LB next.

Aberdeens wide players will be boosted by this, honestly horrific news.  One set back after the next, hard to take.

Have we employed julien brellier as a coach just to snap our own players in training?? Shocking news as I like him as a player.

Jesus ****ing Christ.

“We’re cursed I tell you, cursed”

Anyway, I hope Bens not to down. I wish him all the best with his recovery and hope to see him again in a maroon jersey.

I did suspect that would be the case but wasn’t entirely sure.

It’s almost becoming laughable the long term injuries we’ve had this season.

Wish Ben all the best in the recovery

He twisted it in the turf, pretty self explanatory. how has that got anything to do with the training regime??

It's most likely they will walk out the changing room, stub their fags out and go straight into a game of long bangers.

Best put it down to luck, that way nobody can be held responsible. It's the Hearts way these days.

Who would you hold responsible?

Why is that when he’s been declared fit to pass a medical?

More about match fitness isn't it. Fit to be signed is very different to being fit to play.

Should have signed him in the summer then surely?

Was hoping we'd be able to offload the guy at end of the season..... won't be happening now though. Wish him a speedy recovery however.

Possibly. Not sure of the ins and outs. CL did say they've been monitoring him for quite some time.

Maybe time for this guy to make a triumphant return?

For all the good if the hybrid pitches and AstroTurf we use at training. Hasn't half crippled us this and last season ? futuristic though ?

This is starting to become more than just a coincidence.  The number of serious injuries in training is ridiculous.  Good job we’ve signed a permanently injured left back as cover...

Mulraney the only viable option now, and he’s injury prone himself if he plays more than 2 games in a row.

Ikpeazu - during a game

Berra - during a game

Souttar - during a game

Naismith x 2 - during a game

Smith - during a game

Mitchell - recurrance of an old injury

Haring - hernia

Dunne - injured in training

Garuccio - injured in training

Yeah...it's the training regime
