Intriguing story.

Also, those storyboards the BBC do are fantastic.

There was one recently about a dj who became a drug smuggler. It was fascinating.

Hooligan X? It was very good, as are all of them. They did a great one on the bank worker who was shot in Nairn.

This doesn’t look for the guy who was interviewed. Or anyone involved tbh, including Strathclyde polis.

Thanks for posting this, just couldn’t stop reading. I can’t remember ever hearing, or reading about this before. After going through it all, it seems like it just has to be Packer that did it, so many facts lead to him, astonishing that he’s never been convicted for it. I also think it shows how easily someone’s life can take a downward spiral. Such a shame. Hopefully one day they will get him.

I have heard the name before but knew nothing about the circumstances. Sounds very obvious. Don’t they say the killer is usually someone known to the victim? Be interesting to see where it leads too but very harrowing story and insight into the downward spirals people can enter.

Really good format these storyboards, the one about the banker in Nairn is a real puzzler, sort of story that makes a good crime novel.

Did the bank worker not have something to do with Hearts?

Is there just the 3?

They really are excellently done.

No. Just that those are the only 2 I could remember.

The Lockerbie one I've read. The other I've not.

They really are excellent pieces of journalism.

They seem to do at one at least every month or two. They’re all very good - helps make up for their generally shite football reporting (no, Motherwell didn’t put us out the cup)!

Was just about to post this myself.

Deliberately ripping a condom in order to infect someone. I cry for humanity.

Rowe got a life sentence with a minimum of just over 10 years for this.

It turns out he was identified a couple of years later.

If you google the name Neil Dovestone you'll find out the ending.

Nae bother.

Theres been loads of good ones. The President who lived in a cave was a good one and there was an interesting one about dissolving bodies instead of burials and cremations.

Theres also one about a young guy who got himself into debt and ended up killing himself and a good one about Lev Yashin.

The one about the 2 new RN aircraft carriers will probably interest you.

Theres a crazy one about a boy who has things ticking along no bother until he looses his job. Then his girlfriend leaves... before you know it he's lost the lot, homeless and trapped in the benefit system. Its an insane story that could easily happen to anyone of us.

Anyhoos, fill yer boots...

Dr. Sheldon Cooper

I just read up on the guy who was found on Saddleworth Moor. A fascinating yet extremely odd story that doesn't really make a lot of sense, particularly the missing minutes they have of his time in Manchester (although judging by other stories he walked there).

Need to have a read through of all the story boards that have been linked in this thread but that was the one which caught my attention.

There was theory’s linking the murder with Livi. Livi were put into Admin by Bank of Scotland, who he worked for.
