Do the Premium seats still come with an invite to the directors lounge for a game?

Have you been moved or are you in the same seat which has been renumbered??

Changed to 3 seats away. The occupant of that seat has been moved 3 away too.

Not heard about renumbering.

£25 increase for mine section R ?

Same for me in S.

I think its because we are on the final step of the staggered increase for moving from old stand(silver)

to new stand (platinum)

Forgot about that. No point in moving now as it’s a great view.

Is it big enough for a full 11 a side or just 7s?

No, that's not happening this season.

It's a lunchtime meet and greet with (some) directors, management and players. Some food and maybe a drink, I don't exactly as it's this Sunday, and I'm not sure if I'll go or not. Others beside me are not interested in it.

There was one earlier in the season, but I've heard no feedback from it.

I'm not sure what is planned for next season...

renewed this morning after emailing to ask why the ticket being offered had a different number.  Quick response informed me about the renumbering (still struggling to find this info on the website mind you) and being reassured that my seat was in the same place and not 2 along.  Hopefully next season we can start as well as this one but maintain a challenge for longer.  Remainder of this season we look for a Cup Final place and 4th and maybe sneak another cup win denying either Smeltic their treble treble of Rankgers their first ever trophy of any note in their short history.

Yip, I agree that STs are great value. The argument of football being too expensive is for individual walk ups.

For example, £17.33 for a ST holder to watch Hearts v Aberdeen is very good value but you could have a walk up sitting next to you in the same Bronze section paying double that.

Cheaper for a ST holder aye, but double ?

Is it double for a bronze seat? Thought the £36 Category A matches were Platinum seats?

Aye , mate, more or less. Some crazy chicanery of Aberdeen being classed as a Cat B+ or some nonsense. Cheapest Bronze Adult ticket is £32.

I did Zebra once before. Probably better on a credit card to be honest if you have one. But it was absolutely fine. Was about 30 quid for interest for Platinum. Cost over 10 months if I remember correctly July to April

Cheers mate!

Wonder if those moving to new numbered seats will need to get new cards.

Good point. I would think so or confusion will reign.

Looks like £30-36 for the upcoming Hearts v Aberdeen match. Still quite steep.

It is, mate. Fair enough having three Cat A games. Hibs, Demons and sevco. Having the sheep as Cat A when Hibs were in the Championship, again, fair enough.

Having the sheep now as a ‘ kinda ‘ Cat A game, i.e prices, is pushing it a bit.

Only an opinion but it’s either A or B in my book and, aye, suits ST holders but is a bit steep for walk ups.

Really can't understand the renumbering, but that's probably because it's not been explained.

Tried to phone the club (not the foreign call centre) but keep getting cut off.

Strange way to treat a customer desperate to spend £500. Maybe that's the problem though. No matter how shitty the service is I'll still renew.

Sums up things pretty well... no matter how crap the service is we still renew....we even pay for a system from Ticketmaster that doesn’t work properly with Apple products...and we still suck it up. Maybe one day we will get a half decent marketing department!

Ffs just this second sent an email to them as I have been reserved a different seat number. In section t currently seat 29 now 31. Assume this means the seats at the far end in line with the control box are to be numbered and sold and this is why numbers have changed.

Its not just Ticketmaster that doesnt work with Apple products ..... the new Hearts website doesnt either.  Messaged said marketing department to get it fixed months ago, heard nothing.  Hopeless!!

This all sounds very bizarre, but obviously I do not understand the exact circumstances. I would say that if there are only say 3 extra seats per row now in this particular section then surely it would have been easier to give the 3 different numbers and not change 30 per row to accommodate. A suffix would surely have been fine.

Just out of interest how much do the club get charged for a card transaction? Genuine question

It's 0.2% for debit cards and 0.3% for credit card payments.

Early uptake predictions?

I'm going for a total sold of 10,000 and if we sell 13,500 I'll make up some nonsense to try and make out I wasn't wrong.

Then I'll start a thread slagging Levein:laugh:

Who am I?

Not convincing I am afraid.

the first step it to say something like:

”we have 14,000 ST holders - it will be a disgrace if we don’t get this up to at least 15000 this year”

when the club announces we have sold 8000 in the first phase, or whatever, it’s

“6000 ST  holders lost - Budge and Levein are killing the club”

when we approach 12000 or so just stop posting

 10 and you’ll be fine. 4 or 6 and you’ll get mercilessly ribbed !

Half a century on the rollercoaster !!!

Today I went into Tynecastle and renewed my ST for the 50th year in a row.

I've experienced good times and bad throughout those years but I wouldn't have missed it for the world.

It’s between 2 and 4% for a company the size of Hearts depending on the provider and what kind of deal they get.

Any costs incurred can be off-set by the £3 admin fee... For me renewing my current seat, no new card needed and doing it online myself.

£3 for what exactly?

Do Hearts get the admin fee ?

I always try to get to the TO and pay in cash to avoid the admin fee.

If I thought Hearts were getting the admin fee I would just buy online.

I'm assuming current sales are modest due to inept on-field performances.

A Scottish Cup win might be a necessity in this regard.
