Hearts Reserves V Morton Monday 2pm

Recommended Posts

Hearts are in Reserve League action this afternoon when they host Greenock Morton.

Andy Kirk’s side take on Morton on Pitch 1 at Oriam, kick off is 2pm.

The Jambos currently sit eighth in the 18-team Reserve League table and a win could take them up into sixth depending on results elsewhere.

Supporters attending the match are encouraged to make use of public transport due to parking restrictions at Heriot Watt University.

Aww man I love retirement ? Sunny day and I'm off to the football at the Oriam. Which is Pitch 1 btw, grass or plastic?

Be interesting to see who gets a bit of game time. I'd have Vanecek pencilled in for this

Doubt he’ll play anyone who played yesterday. Be interesting to see who plays right back given Smith’s  injury

What does the league table look like? Where are Morton?

1. It's a grid with the teams from top to bottom as per points gained

2. In Greenock

Any more questions - I like a good quiz?!

Why did you add a question mark to your statement and not the actual question itself?

Poor attention at the grammar lessons in school - I blame the after match pints from yesterday as well

You need to lower your expectations

Suck a tenner on over 5.5 goals at 5/2 after seeing the line up.  Come on Hearts.

5.5 for Hearts, or in total?

Either way, a brave bet.

In total so Morton are allowed to contribute to.

2 nil

Good sweeping build up. Burns wins a strong 50 50. Keena? on hand for a shot badly fumbled by goalie.

Looks like a 3-4-3 with Garuccio RWB and Burns LWB. Hamiton in the middle of Clevid and Baur.

Wonder if Garuccio is being trialled on the right with Smith now out for a long spell

Good run on the right from garuccio. Sticks to his left foot to beat the FB and cross for VANACEK. Looked over the line from a distance and eventually given after a vote ?

Van the Man is a goal machine

To be fair, Robbo M was polite in the description of his miss just beforehand!

Definitely!!!

Older viewers would be reminded of Eamon Bannon and a header v St Pat's?

Ht 3-0

Bit like yesterday in gulf in class but Hearts are setting about the job in hand well. I've enjoyed Cochrane Irving partnership in CM. Garuccio playing very wide on right and stretching Morton. Zlamal is talking more to his defence than you hear at a big game.

Expecting a few more goals 2nd half
