I dread to think how dry those that earned Bronze are.

Aye.

I was wondering how shite the other pies must have been.

Killie pies are incredible to be fair

According to that list, Dundee FC are also above us in the pie league. Don’t think I’ve ever had one from there or heard anyone rave about them.

Not sure bout our pies, but the dunfermline steak bridies are a joy to behold...luvely jubbly??

The COOP in Saughton Hall Drive opposite the Jenners Depository sell Stephens the Bakers (suppliers to DAFC) Steak Bridies etc.

Just had a Steak and Haggis pie from there and very nice it was too.

Am surprised and disappointed that the vast improvement in our pies over the past year has gone unremarked on JKB, to be honest. It’s like day and night. Warm congratulations to the weegie baker ??

Pies in the new stand have been much better than what they were in the wheatfield.  Not sure if they all changed same time but i enjoy a pie at tynie now.

Had one in the 3-0 midweek game earlier in the season and was very impressed. Been a while since i've been to Rugby Park so would put Dundee at the top of the list for me over the last few years.

Feel dirty praising anything to do with that Club/City though

Haha that’s totally understandable. Horrible club!

Does silver count as award winning?

It is something that has always annoyed me.  Quoting ‘Award Winning’ on menus, without saying what award, if any, has been won.

‘Famous’, or even worse,  ‘World Famous’ is the same.

Since there's no mention of them, I assume the arse cheeks entered their pies in some European Super Pie League.

Surprise, surprise!

Confirmation that Easter Road is overrun with vermin.  Meanwhile, Tynecastle with a clean bill of health, as expected.

I’ve honestly never bought any food from their nest. Even before that story, I just felt filthy every time I was there. Would not trust that club with my hygiene or health.

"At Hibs’ Easter Road stadium, mouse droppings were found in the west stand kitchen. The floors in another kitchen needed repair and food and ice were being stored uncovered in the bar areas, risking contamination by pests."

Mmmmmm...yum, yum.

To paraphrase:

"Whit's in yer Mouse-eye pie, love?"

"Chicken & Mushroom..."

To be fair when you’re a Mickey Mouse operation, you need to accept that he may squat over your hot plate every so often.
