Walked out on us. No stopped playing for us in 2005/6. No where near the right stuff in difficult times.

Even if he could still play.

Dinnae be silly.

Guys a legend. He'd still ping them in from outside the box in the exact position that we're missing.

Aye, I'm kidding, he's too old now to play, but why he wasn't kept as coach i will never know.

The kids could learn a hell of a lot from him.

Like in a sort of sitting role?

A cushion between the midfield and strikers?

Haha.

I asked for that with this thread.

I'd put him in more of gaming chair just outside the penalty area.

He'd still be more effective than our Midfield.

Even with a Zimmer frame he'd still be pinging them in from everywhere

Absolute legend and where he got that left foot I'll never ever know

If we kept him as a coach can u imagine being a young lad and sitting down on the eve of a derby and hearing Rudi speak about how you take the vermin to task

enough to make any of our young players stars over night

I would rather have him coaching at the club than guys like Daly and Fox .

Yes Rudi’s coaching skills are well known.

Good footballers dont always make good coaches suprisingly enough.

From what I’ve heard Rudi was excellent with the kids and young players in the team, always imparting advice to them in training.

Bad footballers don’t always make good coaches, Fox is both if his career and his efforts at Cowdenbeath with the highest budget (Donald Findlay’s cash ?)in the league is anything to go by.
