They will. Hopefully higher numbers still. But that's got nothing to do with the utter dross he's serving up

That's now twice in less than 2 months there has been a mass exodus of Hearts support with more than 15 minutes to play

If you think he's doing a good job you're fully entitled to hold such views. I think he's a specialist in failure and presiding over an absolute disgrace

You are in a tiny minority Spencer.

I respect your views for the comical element of the forum though.

Just watched the West Ham game. They've got a number of first framers out but seem to be doing pretty well.

Funny that, as people on here claim 'no team could cope with that'

Funny you should mention that I was thinking that Fulham team remind me of Hearts only it's at a higher level.

They appear to have  chucked in the towel as well.

Anyway we can't go on like this there has to be a reaction or folk will walk away.

He's not 'only divisive to a few on here', and you don't know the 'vast majority' of the Hearts support to know what their views are.

I tell you what is a fact though. I know plenty of Hearts fans who are not convinced by Levein but who have no desire to come and post about it on here because they know that they'd be instantly rounded on and their concerns pooh-poohed by the native sychophants.

Credit when it's due.

Criticism when it's due.

Easy.

And I know plenty who thought he was doing great this season until injuries happened. This forum should be about opinion based on what we see and hear. Sadly some have no sight or hearing,  their views never change. When we are doing well they don’t post. When we are doing badly they are addicted to negative posts. We all know who they are.

You appear another who appear to feel as though you've some kind of upper hand by referring to me as another poster.

If you think I'm in a tiny minority I think you may be in for a surprise fairly shortly. Growing numbers are disaffected

Just turn up at AGM on Tuesday , make your views on the club and manager public, lets see the level of support for them. I’ll be there and would really appreciate the opportunity to listen to you and to see the reaction of other shareholders. Who knows, you might just persuade the owner to make the changes yo7 want, whatever they are.

Of course it should. When we're doing well Mr Levein and the players get some well deserved praise. We're not doing so well just now though.

Do you phone Scotrail to complain about the trains when they are running on time?

Unfair. The demographic of the AGM is unlikely to include a truly representative cross section of the Hearts support. Quite the opposite, infact. I guess it depends what you choose to class as a Hearts supporter. I mean, folk that complain about the manager cant be real ones, right?

I’d rather they’d just gone tbh. It was prearranged, it’s a Christmas do and I don’t think it’s a necessary punishment. They’re allowed to socialise. Hopefully they all feel suitably embarrassed about Friday though

To be fair, people are generally polite and won’t generally show support for someone criticising the manager in such an environment.

Im unhappy with the way things are going, and think Levein has made numerous mistakes, but I don’t want him to go. I want him to succeed. Not sure how many more transfer windows I can watch pass without us adding pace to the team and getting a proper left back though.

I know people who think like that and I also know plenty folk who won’t post on here because of what they see as too much incessant whinging, irrational and excessive criticism and a bunch of people who are quick to hammer those who don’t see things in the negative every single time. Different people see different things, I guess.

The idea that JKB has one homogenous opinion on anything is funny. I would say I wish it did because then we wouldn’t need the poor long-suffering mod squad, but then what would be the fun in that. We’d be utterly miserable if we all agreed with each other.

To be fair, the response to any question at the AGM concerning current poor form, is to focus on the injuries.  While 18 players were brought in I suspect Levein had considered only a few as first team starters from the beginning.

My concern is what does Levein plan for the future, it is clear that some of these 18 need replaced.

Maybe it is time for Levein to revert back to Director and bring in a younger Head Coach, but not appointed from within.

Levein’s transfer record has been pretty shocking since promotion tbh

Who decides what is general criticism and what is incessant whinging though.

I've never claimed JKB has one homogenous opinion, but there's disagreeing and there's persistent ad hominem sniping. It's not difficult to spot who the Terrace hate figure is at the moment. I'm surprised some of the stuff that's been aimed at him has gotten past the mod squad to be honest. Unless, of course, they agree with the general sentiment.

I have no idea what you mean tbh, I’ve been up to my knees in Christmas Cracker stuff and not much else, but if you want to report it or PM me, the mods (or me) will take a look.

Folk claiming that the AGM attendees will be to polite to kick up a fuss or complain are clearly forgetting the boxing match from a few years ago.?

That's probably the reason they changed to a day time meeting.

No time for folks to fuel up with the old fighting juice ☺.

Tuesday should be interesting.

If not then somethings far wrong.

Last years came on the back of a once in a lifetime win which probably took the edge of a lot of the hurt/anger that comes out. This year will indeed be interesting. Couldn’t have a more polar opposite really than the results before last year and this years meeting.

I know plenty of Hearts fans who are far from convinced about CL, his role & his performance so far.

Most of them have long since abandoned JKB because it' s a massive love-in where no criticism of the club/CL/whatever is allowed and the usual suspects slag off any criticism as trolling.

REDM - we move in very different circles.  My mates don't share your view at all.

In your rush to criticise you seem to have missed the part when I said I also knew people who felt differently to me.

The point is is that there’s a wide spectrum of opinions on it in the real world and this reflected on JKB too. And as is reflected by this very exchange.
