This had to be cancelled. Last night was a “crisis” performance. The lack of giving a shit, from the team was inexcusable... regardless of injuries - goal keeper howler - ref decisions - plastic pitch etc etc ... 

This wasn’t PSG rather a team  who play on a five aside pitch next to a shopping mall, with a tiny budget.... we must have 20 times more coaches and a squad of experienced pros.

Easily one of the most embarrassing performances and results for a hearts team ever.

Very difficult to see us get anything at either Todders or Fester and that should see him binned or walking away. Beating Hamilton at home should be an absolute pre-requisite. Levein is none of those things and is a divisive and tired figurehead. The support deserves a whole lot better.

If the players want to keep fans happy all they have to do is give 100% effort at all times.

Even if it is on a plastic pitch on a freezing cold night next to a shopping centre.

If the players can't be arsed turning up then the fans will do likewise.

Maybe the opposite. If you’ve just been part of a horror show that’s rattled the fans and the management do you  say stuff it I’m off to have a bender or what ever or do you say that was shit and I need to lift my game as I’m letting the people who pay my wages down by la k of effort?

They can do their bonding at Riccarton with double training sessions this week. Should see plenty of each other if they work a few 9-5 shifts to get things sorted out.

Glad they cancelled it. Not deserved after last night at all, can tolerate losing when giving it their all, but not chucking it like that.

He is only divisive and tired to a few on here. Vast majority of support don’t share your views. You just need to see the reaction he gets at Tynie every home  game. Keep going with agenda though. Not sure why you say you support Hearts given your continually pessimistic view of all things Hearts.

Cancelling the overseas trip is a welcome reaction to last night's horror show.

 

Having said that, I do hope that the players DO have a social night out, as team bonding is extremely important and a lack of team spirit may be partly to blame for recent performances.

I don’t know you MagicT, but you make it obvious on every thread and every post you make you hate CL. We get it, but god can you not give it a break. 

As someone else said there are more backers of CL than there are dissenters. Yep, plenty of people unhappy with last night, but us football fans are such a fickle bunch. 

I bet if we went on a good run again, all these people who are ranting and raving will go very quiet, UNTIL the next big game we lose and then the cycle goes on. 

Im still very pro CL. I don’t agree with some of his decisions, but after the great beginning of the season he does not deserve such vitriol. 

Maybe hes also learned a lot about some of the players he bought. Maybe they are not as good as he thought. 

We all agree Naismith is crucial to us. If CL goes which he won’t, Naismith wouldn’t sign and we all have another mump. Pittman has played really well for livi. Imagine the uproar if we had signed him, queue what are we signing shite from Livi and he was only playing Juniors a couple of years ago. 

You can’t win as a football manager. You have to keep the majority happy, as there is a minority at every club who is never happy. It so happens the minority jump up and down and make all the noise.

However, until Berra is up to speed, Naismith, ulche, DV, Dunne and Souttar is back it won't make much of a difference. 

 

 

The problem is that our sub players aren't as good as our first team and after a prolonged period of time, confidence has been eroded, going down to ten then capitulating shows this, but also will have shown that some players need to show more fight and character, but canceling or going away changes nothing and won't help or hinder the next few results. 

 

Just a pr excercise. 

 

In fact with a injured Dikamona and suspended Djoum, things are actually worse now. Trip or no trip.

It does surprise me that we don't seem to train much more than couple hours a day ...you'd think the more you practice the better you'd get

Exactly and every one of those players for Livingston out fought them 

 

Hearts players have it too good they want for nothing when it comes to facilities and coaching they are spoilt rotten compared to Livingston

If we have players in our squad - largely all signed by Levein, who aren't good enough to compete in Paisley and Livingston - have they any business being employed by Hearts in the first place?

All he said was "compete" and your response totally ignores that fact.  Lafferty left CL with no striking options if Uche gets injured/suspended - which was bound to happen . The same applies to Naismith and his  absence has shone a light on how poor this squad is.  It is shockingly lacking in pace & creativity but there seems to be lots who just shrug it off by saying "we''ll soon have Naisy/Uche back". Whoop de doop.  The "football" is dire and last night, before the roof fell in , was all about putting it in the box to the one forward who can't even jump & who has no pace.  CL is  a tactical dinosaur and it shows.

He's not 'only divisive to a few on here', and you don't know the 'vast majority' of the Hearts support to know what their views are.

 

I tell you what is a fact though. I know plenty of Hearts fans who are not convinced by Levein but who have no desire to come and post about it on here because they know that they'd be instantly rounded on and their concerns pooh-poohed by the native sychophants.

Just watched the West Ham game. They've got a number of first teamrrs out but seem to be doing pretty well.

 

Funny that, as people on here claim 'no team could cope with that'
