Check out this video and let me know which derby tackles would have made your top 5 list

All 5 of those would have made my top 5.... lol, not sure what you are asking.  Do you mean pick the best one of those? If so then number 1 (closely followed by number 5)

Theres a Bannon one from the 80s where he takes 2 dudes out off the ball with should barges at Easter road before scoring or setting up a goal.

The stevo one at the end is a belter, especially from the other camera angles..... am sure they would have stood up and had a square go if the ref let them.

Was going to say any list that doesn't have Drew Busby or Pasquale Bruno in it can only mean those games weren't televised!

Also, if anyone has a gif of either Cochrane on McGinn or Soapy on Bartley, that would be magic, ta.

Chucks "challenge"  on the walking pluke Paul Wright was outstanding !

Not much wrong with Ally Mauchlen's "challenge"  , he was just going for the ball(s)

Think that was 2-1 game in 95. I have that full match on YouTube but not looked at it yet

One of the best tackles ever seen at Tynecastle, took the ball fair and square but the bonus of ending the game for one of their better players

Yip.

Both were great for different reasons.

One perfectly timed.

One just a complete chop.

Beautiful.

Not sure if Harry Cochrane on John McGinn counts as a tackle.

Of course it does, I would vote for it anyway.

I was just going to post that. I'm on my phone and don't know how to make a gif of it, but here's a video.

Ian Black taking out The Thumb in the final was no bad either.

Mr Bruno was on Keith Wright.  It was right in front of Alex Miller in the Hibs dugout at Easter Road. Latter was outraged as Mr Bruno was just a split second out with his timing.

The was the game the Neil Pointon scored with a half volley down at their end. I think we might have lost 2-1 that day actually. Maybe the Kevin Harper game iirc

Mauchlan should've been a decent signing under Jordan given level he'd played at down south. He was pish rotten

Chuck on Paul Wright is the best imo. It's a proper challenge

I love the way Stevo has a wee look towards McPake before he goes in on the *****. In true style - McPake is squealing like the ***** he is
