Miko
What a pleasure it is to have this man back to full fitness. He's been our best player by far since naisy got injured. Another fantastic performance today. Must say it's very enjoyable watching him ram it up the knuckle draggers in our support. 3 year deal please Mr Levein! OTT
I've been very critical of him but his form has been good of late. I still wouldn't want us to push the boat out to secure him but certainly making an offer would be good, lower squad turnover is needed and is one of our better players. He has had bad luck with injuries, last season he had three injuries (worst putting him out till August this year) with only a few months between each. Takes games to get up to speed, he did not get that last season so people just blamed him being not good enough. Now he is up to speed. Its true he has been injured but he wasn't injured during the Cathro debacle and couldn't have been more posted missing. I'm not for a minute saying not to keep him but a 3 year deal would be stupid. 1 year with an option would be far better. The Internet
Nothing he does will ever stop the folk around me going '**** sake DJOUM' when a teammate passes the ball 5 yards behind him and he doesn't control it. Or when a teammate passes the ball to him when he's surrounded by opposition players and he loses it. Or when he does anything that doesn't involve scoring a worldy. Last week there was a period of bad play down at our left back side, near the corner. Djoum was at my side, out right, halfway line ish.
