I think it would look good at tynie if they were full of legends. Or just maroon. Or even just the way they are ? I agree with getting the floodlights etc painted white asap though. Not the best picture, but you can clearly see the all:sports sign at the end of the wheatfield. This picture is from 2004. I 'think' if my memory serves me correctly - there WERE strongbow signs up prior to that, but the current ones left up are defo the all:sports ones (or at least the top half of). Here we go - finally found one of the strongbow ones - as you can see, totally different. I'm actually pretty certain that dating back to before the strongbow ones, there might also have been McEwans ones as well. I'm in Section B and the amount of folk slipping and falling when the surface is wet is unbelievable. I don't think they had had a coat of anti slip paint for a long time. Would look 100 times better and more modern if the insides were painted maroon and ideally trusses cleaned up/painted white.
