She's meeting opposition leaders now.     The only thing of any use I can see happening is that she's telling them she'll resign very soon in exchange for them allowing a free vote on the deal.     It wont affect the SNP or probably LD but a free vote for Labour would yield a good few.    Allow that and she'll step aside for the next phase.

I certainly hope so, as not one of the current negotiators should be anywhere near the next phase, especially since the mess they have made of the withdrawl phase.

A Sky Data poll is showing that 90% of those surveyed think that the way the UK is dealing with brexit is a national humiliation.

Note... when she was ranting on earlier,   Hammond remained expressionless.   He normally provides all the normal head nodding approval and the periodic comment.     He looked sick.

ERG fifth colmnist Mark Francois is absolutely delighted.    Pretty much saying that they will not vote for May's deal.     Delighted that no deal is on the horizon.

These *******s can smell no deal.     If some of them were wavering and ready to follow the DUP's lead,    they might just become more entrenched behind no deal,    now that it has become a live prospect again.

You can get 4/1 on no deal btw.

They need Labour MPs but there probably aren't enough.

Corbyn walks out of meeting with PM because Chukka is there  country is on course for catastrophe and this moron can't sit in a room with a colleague.

Chukka also makes an erse of himself, stating that "walking out is no way to act during a national crisis".

WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF IRONY.

It looked like DUP + most of ERG + circa 25/30 Labour.     Without the ERG there's very little chance.

Said that the other day that they would push to the very end because they know that those who vote for them in their constituencies, their financial benefactors, the lobbiests who they represent, want no deal. If they went against that, they could potentially lose their seat at the next GE.

Neither Boris, Davies nor Rabb want to look like the Brexiteer who shat themselves at the final hurdle when the Pm is weeks away from resigning. Then they can be white knight that takes us to the promised land with no deal, May having done all the shit shovelling.

If this happens then other Parties have to vote against it as well to ensure they can keep fighting for an extension to get either another Referendum, cancellation or a GE.

No one can afford to cave in to Mays pressure vote now.

Caroline Lucas saying the PM told her she is prepared to crash out with no deal.     No deal better than referendum.

She needs locked up.

Since no deal was voted against in the house surely revoking 50 is the only way to stop this mad bitch.

It seems to be an executive power.    Parliament can't influence it being used.

This is madness now.    The ERG will be having a group chug.     They'll vote against the deal so she'll need about 65 others to change their vote,   even if she gets the DUP.

But...She can't bring the deal back to the house? Is Bercow going to allow that vote?

There is nothing substantially different about her deal.

Now with the added conditional extension.   May be enough.     They could also include a separate motion to set aside Bercow's precedent.

Fixed extension agreed might be enough.

No long extension means we are shafted either way.

If we go out ‘no deal’ she will have ****ed this country for years by putting us at this impasse.

She has boxed us into this shit sandwich and left no room and no support.

****ing mess !!

Mrs May will be a national hero if we crash out on the 29th with no deal according to this lunatic.

Yep, it’s not just him though, there’s about 60 of them that think that as well. Plus the DUP just want to piss off the Irish so they’ll be delighted to join in.

If she had offered a longer extension no labour MP and some remainder Torys wouldn't back the deal.   If no deal is a threat then the deal might get through.

The SNP won’t back it, the LD’s won’t, on the basis they don’t want to leave at all. The Tory ERG are pretty much saying they’ve got their no deal in the bag and the DUP will probably not vote for it either under those circumstances.

She’d need Labour to back her deal in numbers.

Of course, Parliament might take full control next week and come forward with a series of votes which could delay it or come up with a different course, Norway style deal etc...

As long as she doesn’t have the ERG or DUP she won’t get this deal through.

Here's my prediction

1.  Deal voted on next week

2. Deal rejected

3.  Last minute EU offer long extension with tough conditions (potentially a second referendum)

4. Parliament will panic and agree

5. She will resign
