11/10 elvis.

Not the man most wanted.

Feels like the cheap option.

Just can't see it but thats my head ruling my heart. Id rather Daly stayed on if we wanted a cheap option rather than Elvis. Really can't see it, nope, never....

Looks like Pressley has been the only one interviewed

If this is true and it doesn't work out Levein should get running. 1 Interview isn't cool.

No idea to be honest but he is the only one that was confirmed as being interviewed

Sky bet closing the book ain't an indication an announcement is imminent, unfortunately.

They've likely had a few quid from different locations punting on the same candidate.

The bookies ! FFS , they've closed the " book" because it was well advertised that a decision would be announced mon or tues .

Yip, and could simply be a few folk have backed Daly after today's game.

I'd rather stick with Jon Daly.

No chest thump issue; just don't feel Elvis is the right appointment for Hearts.

A pile of managers were named on Radio Scotland this afternoon who had definitely been interviewed.

They also said Hearts would have a new manager in place all going well by the 26th.

Sky Bet close the book. It must be close

Biscuits was on the radio this afternoon talking about it and he reckoned on an announcement on or by 26/08/2017 (next Saturday). He mentioned that McClaren was still in the frame and he said that Billy Davies had been interviewed so I have my doubts and he may just be bumping his gums.

We do however need to be making a decision soon I feel. Who it may be I have no idea but it would not surprise me if John Daly gets the gig.

I am of the opinion that this decision will make or break our director of football.

Jamie borthwick said we'd done interviews Thursday and Friday. Unless were interviewing Pressley in multiple different disguises I'm sure he's not the only one interviewed

I trust you.

You'd heard last week the same rumours that I had that Levein was getting it.

How sure are you on Freedman?

Agreed.

Regardless of his chest thumping and the fact he would divide the support, the facts tell you he is a poor football manager.

Just being a 'Hearts man' doesn't cut it.

Will be announced Monday.

Welcome Dougie.

I may be adding 2+2 and getting 5-1 but the keepers we have on trial make me think it's him. And I'll be very happy if it is.

My head was with Michael O'Neill but heart always had a soft spot for Pressley. Unlike many, I have always liked him.

Exactly.

His coaching credentials are all that matter and Elvis' don't exactly shout "right man for the job".

Not in any way.

When did we start confirming candidates that have had job interviews?

It's closed on match days before...they take away the EPL sack race along with our market for some reason.

It'll be back.
