Looks like it was the biggest let down ever, to be fair.

Just seen some footage from bbc news..

Looked not too bad tbf..

I'd just love to hear Flerfers (Flat Earthers for those that don't know 👍) as I've yet to read or be presented with a scientifically provable or even half-way believable explanation for an eclipse from them.

I joined a flat earth forum a few years ago but to be honest it was like shooting fish in a barrel disproving it so I got bored and left them to their fwittery.

Honestly, I kicked myself for not making the effort to see a total eclipse in 2017 so didn’t want to miss this one when it was only a few hours drive away. Well worth it.

I wonder if there were any funny phone calls this time. Back in 2017 when there was an eclipse all the schools prepared to watch it with the pupils. Some parent in Florida called the school and asked them couldn't they have scheduled this for a weekend so the family could do it together.

I watched it yesterday.  That wasn't my first one but, nevertheless, yesterday was spectacular.  It went from a bright, sunny day to complete darkness.  The birds stopped signing, the street lights came on, and the temperature dropped about 5 degrees in seconds.

Silence and darkness in the middle of the day.  Awesome.

Robot dog being 'trained' to walk on the moon. A 4 legged robot dog can negotiate terrain wheeled or tracked vehicles cannot.

“Spirit” may one day be part of a pack of robots that become man’s best friend on the Moon and Mars.
