That reminds me, my Dad once spat his tea across the room watching the news.

He recognised the bloke on the news as someone who worked in the NAAFI in Plymouth... Dennis Nilsen!

Which reminds me, my old flatmate used to work with limbs in the Loch murderer William beggs at sykes in Sighthill

Spend last weekend in Poznan with Tom Kitchin. Our sons both play for the Spartans Academy 2008 intake and were playing in a football tournament over the weekend. They did rather well too.

Les Mckeown was at Forrester at the same time as me.

He was a bully and a prick and legend has it that he stopped that nonsence after being given a severe doing......

By a couple of teachers.

McKeown was scum with a capital S.

Play golf occasionally with Drew Jarvie.

I spotted Ian Cathro in the crisps and snacks aisle of my local supermarket, recently.

He was trying to choose between Golden Wonder ready salted and the shop's own brand.

I'd go with Golden Wonder all day long, assuming they were on offer at ?1 for a six pack.

What did Cathro go with? His judgement is under question here.

Levein gave him a packet of prawn cocktail and told him to shut it.

Well, the funny thing is that he was then joined by Austin McCann who started rummaging through the nuts.

I think he was looking for some KP salt and vinegar as I know from experience they are very good.
