Tragedy all around. Because there are procedures and rules around proper use. Giving them a taser doesn't mean their decision to use it shouldn't be questioned, especially in the circumstances. The decision to charge with murder hasn't likely been taken lightly and there are quite likely facts to the case not released to the public yet that have led to this decision.
