Although I suppose the point I think he is trying to make, that Rangers or Celtic could buy a League 2 club and rebrand it as an Old Firm side, is a (remote) possibility. For Celtic at least, Rangers certainly don't have the money for that. I wouldn't be massively surprised to see Celtic buy a struggling lower division English team under the auspices of a "nursery" team, then loan players out and inject some money before ultimately changing their strip to green and white hoops.
