A new series of 8 out of 10 cats does countdown just started on the tv. Probably the funniest programme on the tele just now.

To take my mond off the result today ive kept busy cooking. Got a pot roast of silverside in the oven and ive just finished cooking a large pan of mince for freezing in portions (I'm the only 1 in the house that eats mince and tatties).

I love mince and tatties, best British dish ever.

I passed my test when I was 17, which was slightly more than a year or 2 ago. I couldn't imagine not being able to drive, luckily I enjoy it. Some decent tunes and decent weather, you just can't beat a spin on the open roads.
