New approach from me . Fired up an old windows 10 pc with HDMI to tv . Working great using chrome so far .

I got a touch of buffering about 7 or 8 minutes in today but could have been local.

Put telly on early, dreade blac screen and lo and behold Sterting Soon came on.  Dont know if it just happened or if they fixed it, but eventually got the game and an ulcer

Not on TV using  Amazon browser, but got it going on my laptop on Chrome.

I got that at first but now I've got match replays and a countdown to kick off.

The live stream works fine for me. 
It’s the replay that I’m having issues with. I got up to half time. I clicked it forward 15 minutes then it spin with the pause button showing with nothing happening. Waited for 3 minutes and nothing. I’ve refreshed and tried time and again to get back to the same point. You just can’t fast forward on the my player any more than 10 minutes and even then it’s 50/50.  It just doesn’t work. Plus it doesn’t even have a rew/ffwd button? Again it’s just the full game that I have this issue.  Celtic game is about 40m+. It just won’t get passed it. I’ve not seen the second half at all just what happens on the highlights.

I know this is a bit of a late response, but the new Hearts TV can sometimes go on mute by default so you may have to unmute.

 

I haven’t had any issues with sound myself since I realized this!

Thinking the problem was my setup and not hearts tv after some digging

I’m currently in Buenos Aires and looking to watch the derby on HeartsTV. Each time I log in to set it up it says (expectedly) that the game is PPV. However, at checkout it shows as Hearts v St Mirren. 
 

Is this normal? If not, how do you change the PPV pass for the derby tomorrow?

 

Probably something very basic I’m missing here. Thanks in advance.

You need HeartsTV International . The PPV option is normally for UK only.

Is anyone else still having sound problems? Couldn't get sound for the Dundee game. Using Fire stick 4k Max and Google. I can get sound for videos but the live feed sound is a lottery. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Any fixes welcomed!

I assume that you are checking the audio mute button at the bottom left of the live stream window to the "on" position?  It does start up in "off" mode.

Finally contacted the site, they sent a link to "update" my password which I did using my usual and bingo . Digital Security will see the country grinding to a halt

Yep, and I slide the volume bar along. The mute button also acts as a pause button, and the full screen button doesn't work but that's another story. I guess everybody uses a laptop or mobile (or Apple) and links to tv rather than using the tv's internet browser. I would happily buy a new tv but cant find one that meets the spec listed on Hearts TV (Android version 15+)

Might be a compatibility issue with your local Internet provider or using the Fire Stick with Google.

 

I have a Fire Stick 4K Max with a 50" Samsung display that works O.K with Hearts TV but I often just watch at my home office desk with a Windows PC, using Google Chrome and a 32" Asus display.
