Surely the way JJ acts, he will get a job at Dunfermline where JJ will retire at the end of next season and is to become DoF there so Gary Locke could get a job there. He will be a consultant initially to put a structure in place. It is then up to the football employees whether or not they accept / apply for the new roles. After the review, Levein may take up one of the roles vacated / candidates not up to scratch / new roles introduced. That's how normal business works but then again, this is football. It may however be awkward for Locke to go from managing these boys to suddenly just being a coach. Pride will be hurt, so he may be on his way out. That said, being a massive Hearts man might mean he may well be able to put his pride to the side. Anybody else and I'd imagine there's no way they'd take a step back.
