Can anyone on Kickback recommend me a place in Edinburgh to repair/service an old Heuer Leonidas watch from the late 60's (I think)

Needs a new button and a service. Took it to Watches of Switzerland and they wanted ?280 (the watch is worth about ?600)

Cheers

Any other shop recommendations in Edinburgh?

I've inherited an old Seiko watch, not expensive more sentimental value.

It could do with a new screen, battery, polish, general service etc.

Funnily enough I looked at his place recently but the online reviews put me right off...

I've used this place several times for battery fitting and servicing, but I don't know what the full range of services is like. Worth a look - I always found them good for what I wanted with my Tag.

+1 I've used Brendan Haddock for a couple of watches recently. Good service and good job.

I feel sorry for this guy. He constantly gets attacked by seagulls. They mistake him for a perch.

What about the Gorgie Jewellers next to Sams hairdressers

Looks the very place for sovvy rings, those hallmark pendants and the egyptian goddess necklaces that a certain style of wummin wear.

He hides from them in the gym. To great effect as well, you should see his mussels!
