Less than 15 minutes into the 1st new episode and already one of the oddest sex scenes you’ll ever see. 😂

The Orville is back for a third (and possibly final) season.

Blows all the gobshite new Star Trek stuff out of the water.

Seth Macfarlane understand Star Trek far more than anybody actually involved with Star Trek these days.

Watched all of Pistol and it’s a great watch. Shows the rise and fall of the band from its beginning to the end. Sydney Chandler (below) steals the show as Chrissy Hynde.  Lots of Sex, violence and drug abuse.

She's excellent but I thought they overplayed her role.

I'd be raging if I was Glen Matlock as well.

Quite liking We Own This City on Sky about bent cops in Baltimore.

Few old faces from The Wire have popped up in it as well.

Keep Sweet : Pray and Obey (Netflix)

A 4 parter about the cult of Warren Jeffs who ran and still runs the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus . Oh my god - this is just mental stuff.  Only in America can this shit happen and (without giving spoilers) still be allowed to happen. Hard hitting stuff re’ underage marriages and abuse.  Compulsive viewing . How these people are born into this and brainwashed and how the evilness of absolute ^^^^s

Didn't realise Manifest has been picked up by Netflix so they can do a proper ending. Bugger as I don't have Netflix.

Not sure of release date yet but it was a show I thought the acting was so bad I couldn't stop watching. 😁

The best ending would be for the plane to crash with no survivors in S1 E1

During lockdowns I watched all of them and " Poirot"  Both brilliant.  Columbo was ahead of the game for crime dramas really. A great cat and mouse game between Columbo and the murderer.

Started s4 Stranger Things, ep 1 was just awful thankfully ep2 back on track.

See shows with high school U.S. kids make me puke at times, out of control brats🤣

Locke and Key S2 ep1 was same ruddy high school again it got back on track.

Just my opinion mind.

Just finished it last night. Fascinating and infuriating at the same time. America is truly mental.

Started on Pistol tonight. Playing very fast and loose with the truth but very stylish and well done. The actor playing Malcolm McLaren is excellent among other good performances.

Been watching BIg Sky on Disney/Stars . It’s about two female PI’s in Montana looking for two woman kidnapped by a trucker. It’s actually much better than I expected and I have somehow managed to breeze though all twenty five episodes in about three day’s.

7.5/10

" Sherwood " on BBC 1 and the IPlayer.  Its really good. . A murder investigation in Nottingham with the background of open wounds still left from the bitter miners strike in the mid 1980s.  A who's who of British acting talent are in this really. David Morrisey, Joanna Froggat, Lesley Mann et al.  Ive watched the first two episodes and really enjoyed .The rest are on Iplayer but I'm trying to watch it the old way,  when it is on every Monday and Tuesday for the next couple weeks.  Delayed gratification its called.

The Lazarus Project, a time travel thriller on Sky Max. It's decent viewing, and quite a bit more character driven than other similar time travel shows that have gone before. I found the main character's actions a bit annoying, due to the depths of what he goes to to "reset" a tragedy in his life, but I suppose that's also the moral question of time travel, what would you do and to who to fix something in your life if you had the chance. There are a few gaping plot holes and unrealistic actions, which seems to always be the case with time travel shows, but I quite enjoyed it and hopefully there'll be a second season to continue the story (warning, it does end on a cliffhanger).

7.5/10 overall
