If anyone's feeling the stress of current events I'd advise to avoid black mirror tbh

It is great though.

I’ve been binging Picard. Pretty good actually.

And 7 of 9’s new look makes her even hotter.

No spoilers but it all builds up to a fantastic finale.

Looking for something new to watch. I've seen all the old favourites like 24, sopranos, lost etc just finished Fringe and currently up to date with Game of Thrones, the following and the blacklist.

Anyone recommend something else? (Tried breaking bad but got to episode 5 and gave up!)

Actually rewatching FRINGE right now - available on Stars play (part of Amazon prime - 99p a month for 3 months)

Maybe my fav series ever

Tiger King.

Netflix documentary series. Crazy story about a flamboyant, redneck, gun toting madman, who runs his own mini zoo of wild animals, and his spiralling personal war with an animal rights campaigner.

Just finished. I think I entered the Twilight Zone.

Holy $#!t.

Budgie's Boyfriend

Dooman , BBC Iplayer . might need sub titles 😁, I can relate to some of it as I used to keep pigeons back in the 80's ,it was a way of life for us , buy , steal , fly, sell, swap pigeons etc, my kids don't believe me when I tell about the swap shops etc in the town .

I’ve never watched it before. It’s pretty good.

The Shield is tremendous viewing. I watched it back in the day when it was on originally. In my top 10 TV Shows of all time.

Started watching Spooks from season 1 as they are all on iPlayer. Early seasons clearly quite dated now but decent watch.

I watched the first dew series when they were first shown. The first series was very good but the deep fat fryer scene still sends a shiver through me.

Apart from Harry I don't recognise any of the cast yet. I only seen some of the later seasons where the blonde hair guy was in it and the Asian guy.

Not sure which series it's in but there's one where there is a deadly virus killing lots of people in the UK. Thought it was so far fetched at the time. Loved Spooks mind.

The whole middle part of it is just a childrens program from Saturday mornings circa 1990. Plot barely moves and they just land on a planet - save it - then move on. Its garbage from episode 3 - 7.

Picks up at the end thankfully.

Just rewatched Norsemen on Netflix - 2 series, a spoof which references other series especially Vikings. Very funny in places and always worth watching. I understand there's a third series showing in Scandinavia so should be here soon.

I resisted it for ages but thoroughly enjoyed it when I watched it. Though it is a bit WTF with an unexpected bit at the end of the 2nd season.

Ozark is a miserable slog IMO

"Oh I'll kill you" "no I'll kill you" "no you won't"

For atleast 2 seasons, with casinos thrown in

I thought season 1 was great, season 2 not as much and season 3 was back to its best again.

To be fair he gets his man. Both came across well in comparison to those in the first series. Best line in it, Martin Bain getting an expensive machine for his own use and putting it on the club accounts

I started Justified on Amazon last night even though it’s been out for a long time. Enjoying the first few episodes so far.

Tales From The Loop on Amazon Prime.

A good sci-fi series based on a book by Swedish artist Simon Stalenhag.

Very Black Mirror, Twilight Zone, Outer Limits kinda feel about it.

Ozark season 3, utterly brilliant. Definitely my favourite series of the year so far.

Mandalorian, started off very well but not sure about the turn it's taken. New episode Saturday.

I'd recommend 'Truth Will Out' a scandi-crime drama in 8 parts on Channel 4 Walter presents
