Deep and Steep tonight. I've played the Wednesday tournament at the Maybury a few times before so I know what to expect with the structure. Good luck to all that are playing in the series. Bump, played this^^^, final tabled. Played the GPS 3 weeks ago, min-cashed, 2-outered on the river for a half-million chip pot with 30 left, 7 million chips in play IIRC. Went down to Nottingham last week for the WPT500, ?1M gtd, cashed, turned into a crap-shoot, called a shove with J's, he had A4 and flopped it, gets me up to 20bb's if I hold. I read the blog after, they were playing for a ?140k top prize and with 5 left, the average stack was 18 bb's. From mid-Day 2 the structure was so fast. Got elbowed by Mike Sexton in Frankie & Bennys, crazy. Three successive ?400+ tournament cashing streak. Going for number 4 next year. ?7.7k total cashes this year. The problem being with stars is you can't just start a game when everybody's about you have to set it up and it's on a timer thing...bit nippy. I'm busy with my graft the now and sometimes not home till later but post up when you get some more numbers and I'll see if gonna be about. Can't remember my stars ID at the moment I'd need to fire up the PC. That's another thing that's annoying you have to play it on a desktop/laptop....why it won't work with their app I don't know. I don’t think there’s any limit in number either I’m sure we used to have two tables and then into a final of sorts with a little break in between.
