Zebra Finance have messed up and long story short is they say that "due to an error, your direct debit has not been taken" I have tried to call them this morning but couldnt get through, Going to keep trying and if possible pay with a debit card. However my question is. Do/Can they "turn off" my smartcard. Ie if they don't sort their mess can they block my card so I turn up at the turnstile on Sunday and get a "computer says no!"
