****ing Amazon!!  Paid for something yesterday as it was next day delivery. Checked the tracking details at lunchtime and it’s out for delivery and due between 3.30 and 4.30. Then it doesn’t arrive, check the tracking and it’s been delayed but will be delivered tonight. Then check it again at 10pm and it’s expected on or before the 25th of May. I eventually get someone to call me after fighting with an AI chatbot. They proceed to tell me it is a long delivery process as the seller is based in China. 
They then lie some more when I ask if the van it was apparently in earlier was in China. 
Now they're saying I’ll have it by Saturday morning. 
A soup of lies.

Very irritating.

 

A similar irk of mine is when you are told a delivery is coming on, say, Thursday, and they provide you with the time window in which it will be delivered:

It did turn up on Saturday afternoon. And again today. I think I’ll be keeping the 2nd one as tax.

Blasted my horn, never even effing reacted, totally reading or watching his screen.

My tablet seems to have died, my phone (which has just been repaired) looks like its dying, both with the same problem.  Plug them in to charge and a message come up saying the charging charging port has water in it. You might all get peace for a while!

Just received an email from British Gas saying my  annual cost is increasing by 26.53% (£515) per annum! Between this and my Council Tax increase my gold plated Triple Lock Pension rise has gone.

At my work we are doing an emergency preparedness exercise today and I am an observer. Take a guess the team that one of the other observers they have with me supports. Bloody Celtic, I moved to England to get away from them.

Bought 300 dollars worth of clothes for my holiday and they were due to arrive two days ago. Still not here and I go on holiday on Friday. Phoned Aus Post and they didn't want to know. Absolute arseholes. The package is even at the sorting office near where I live and they won't even let me come and collect it. Arsehoolessss
