Had a busy weekend and this is the first time I've been on since Friday I think.

 

The usual start to the game, cheerio townie:( but voting Jamie is a waste, as he virtually ties the noose himself in the next round anyway.

 

Oh well. Good to see the cop got a cult member. Hopefully they dont make it as obvious who they are as when I was the cop and we lose them early.

But I'm a townie, and didn't join the cult overnight either.

 

So, what's Maxi playing at this game? He's unlikely to be cop or mason or he'd know that's a misplaced vote.

 

Be wary, he could be a goon trying to set himself up as the cop/mason.

Got to say, I thought it was a little odd as well, he dived right in and I was going to vote for him, but then I thought "that might make me look like a goon, I'd better wait until we get a steer from the cop", sometimes these things become obvious.

so all in all not a bad start, we lost a townie but, no disrespect to jamie, it could have been a bigger loss. The cop also managed to hit a goon so hopefully we'll be getting some clues soon, although I agree with boof - it might be more sensible to sit on that for the time being. well done to the assasin too- blooming sensible for a first night. no point in shooting in the dark at this early stage.

I wonder what kind of person would the cult want? i reckon not a big player i.e. deek maximus doctor etc as they always have a bit of heat on them from past games (thats not to say they aint cult from the start). Also cant see them takin a chance on a new player so for me its gotta be a middle of the road player player.

I know I voted Deek yesterday but I now see that it was probably a mistake, I really don't think he is a player we want to lose at this stage so I would encourage you all to stear clear of him. AR is possibly another we should keep as he has a good record IF he is a townie. The reason I voted him was because he made a lot of votes in a short space of time, however this is something I often do myself when I'm pretty clueless about who is who, as I am now.

We'll see how this game pans out but I think the cults ability to recruit every night will make it almost impossible to win - do they get to recruit if one of them is killed?

 

If so, that's something that might need to be changed for the next one -i.e. the cult tried to recruit a member, but were thrown into dissaray after HMFC Jamie, cult member, was offed by the angry town folk.

I'm happy that I've made the best vote I can do with the information I have at this time. I could vote someone else and, due to the numbers involved, they could easily turn out to be a goodie - If I abstained from voting if I wasn't 100% sure every time simply because I didn't want to accuse a townie I'd hardly ever vote and end up being mod-killed!
