Sounds like they are doing things correctly ,which is good as i think most of us would prefer if Vlad is moving on that those taking over are the real deal and are doing there homework properly . I wouldn't expect anything to happen in the short term though as Romanov's position becomes weaker the longer time goes on. I think there is probably only 2 groups or interested parties with broadly similar aims or intentions trying to put something together - when or if they take things further or make themselves known is really down to the people involved or them becoming known about.
