You can't player manage from a strikers position.

You can't manage a game that is going on behind you.

He's not standing with his back to the game!

He thinks he’s special and a football genius. He was emptied from Ibrokes because he is a mouth and I bet the same thing went on at Livie.

Me too. An utterly despicable act which I witnessed at close quarters. A total arsewipe of the highest order.

What you have to remember is that he's not that type of player.

Strange, from the outside looking in, they certainly seemed to back him as far as they could in relation to player recruitment.

They had a pitch to pay for...........a terrible one at that

They scrapped their youth system

They have failed to add to their squad

All of which leads to one thing ..promises broken and no funds to improve.......Manager resigns before his first job goes belly up and his 'reputation' is tarred as a manager

How has he lasted at hibs, wolves, Celtic c, rangers, Scotland if he’s so objectionable..? Livy as a club are dodgy.

I had a conversation with their chairman and ‘scout’ regarding one of their young players that was brutal. I won’t elaborate on it. Tbf the chairman was embarrassed by what the scout said.

In what way was he brutal?  Was he aggressive to other players?

Definitely not the club to manage if you want to progress as a manager

no money to spend and very little support in the town

...a bit disco

Kenny Miller's seven-week tenure as Livingston manager could soon be over after talks with the club's board on Sunday.

Some within the club are believed to be unhappy with the performances of the 38-year-old both on and off the pitch.

Miller only took over as player-manager at the West Lothian club at the end of June, taking charge of seven games in the Premiership and League Cup.

No one from Livingston was available for comment on Sunday evening.

The newly-promoted side finished top of their League Cup section; beating Airdrieonians, Annan Athletic and Berwick Rangers, and winning a penalty shoot-out with Hamilton Academical.

After losing to champions Celtic in their first Premiership game, they drew with Kilmarnock before losing to Motherwell in the second round of the League Cup on Saturday.
