Currently sitting on the slow bus to Methil from Kirkcaldy (7) not by any means a fast black.

What's the pub situ near the ground anyone?

For those who like a bet....I've just stuck £20 on hearts at evens with skybet to score 2+ goals and have 5+ corners in the match. No such thing as phreeee money but I reckon that's as close as it gets. (He says as he ends up with egg on his face come 4.50pm!!)

Brig Tavern on High St is the nearest to the ground I think other than the bar in the clubhouse but not sure if they allow anyone in or if you have to be a member.

This side should take 3 or 4 off of Raith. Good width, attacking midfielder,  height & speed upfront,  & a No10.

Looking good for a positive result

Maybe Smith is the holding midfielder to let Mulroney Burns et al bomb forward

One up front when we need a barrow load of goals ?  Sorry but have to question that line up.

Yeah, would've preferred Morrison but he's obviously being rested. Need Godinho back soon hopefully.  Allow M.Smith to be a RB or midfield cover

Think you have to look past the one up front and see the attacking threat from other areas of the team

pleanty of forward thinking in that team imo

So we sign 2 big forwards - and neither even make the bench.  We NEED goals due to an Admin error - so we include the pedestrian Smith at R Wing Back.

I was hoping for a more attacking team this year!!!!

Yes, we will still win ……...

Quite possibly playing Bozanic and Smith there and letting Mularaney Burns and Lee drive forward with Naismith playing off Laff.

Just meant to me from what Iv seen so far this season hes been the weakest link.

Not all about strikers. Very attacking minded with Burns, Lee, Naismith and Lafferty. We’ve got goals all over the park this season I reckon.

Plent of attacking intent in the team - Lafferty is just the focal point.

Lafferty often fails to impact on his own upfront. Would rather have seen Keena and Morrison both starting. Line up has too much caution in it for my liking, but hey ho, we’ll see soon enough what we’re trying to do In an attacking sense

He played 85 for reserves other night versus Edu Sport and did not look injured, strong team and won 2-0. Harry and Dean Ritchie controlled the midfield, Chris Hamilton cruised in defence, Anthony Mcdonald played 45 and was good, replaced by Henderson, Rory Currie up front was very good also

Thanks. I wasn't aware Uche was injured.  Maybe it will be an attacking team today - I am just a little disappointed to see an AWAY team that does not look (on paper) to be an attacking team.  When I say ""disappointed", I probably mean suspicious...……………

I am indeed.

You aware how ridiculously and unnecessarily negative your post came across as?

You realise we pumped Celtic 4-0 with one up front. The number of strikers on the pitch doesn’t affect the ability to score goals.
