I understand, according to the press, that teams have been sniffing around him but what has he actually done in his career to get everyone frothing at the mouth over him? From what I recall the obligatory you tube video looked like it was mostly filmed in empty or half built grounds making it look like most of his games have either been at very lower league or indeed reserve/U21 games. how many 1st team games has he actually played? That was where he played at Gillingham on loan. He was actually utilised more often as an attacking central midfielder at Wednesday in the development squad and the first team. Surprisingly lacking in strength for a big lad though and that’s where he is a bit different to Paterson. Cochrane is picking up niggles all the time at the minute. We play 3 centre mids, I think we need one more to cover injuries and suspensions.
