They're a textbook corporate, big-money-takeover, screw the fans, change the name, the colours, delete the history type club so it'd be a shocker for football if they're win. The Marseille ‘support’ is a wee bit like the Rangers/Celtic thing in Scotland. Everybody and their dog supports them regardless of where they were born. We live 3 and a half hours by train from Marseille but almost everyone here has a Marseille top and/or tracksuit and come out of the woodwork when they are doing well. We had bloody car horns tooting well into the night last night on the back of their result. The folk here that don’t ‘support’ Marseille have leanings towards Bayern, AC Milan or Chelsea. Go figure!
