The Buzz is Back

Picked up the Partick tickets yesterday for all 10 of us. First time there's been as many going away since the championship season. We've been picking and choosing away games recently. 7 of us went to Hamilton now 10 for Thistle.

I think it's safe to say we're getting the buzz back. Hopefully it's transmitting to the team that the fans are getting back on board and they keep the improvement going and keep up the hard work.

This could be a hell of a season, I can feel it in my bones! Won't be easy at Partick but any win will do. Always a good day out through there!

Not looked forward to a game as much in ages.

Careful though... for the sake of 'essential debate' and 'opinions' there will soon be a glut of posts telling you why we shouldn't be optimistic or excited.

I don't travel to away games any more so I have big respect for the fans who are making the trips just now.  The Team is feeding off the great backing they are getting.   You guys are our life blood through all these away games.  Thank you.

An amazing turn out on Saturday. But to be fair we've had a good following away all season so far. Hope it continues all season

I don't doubt they will. It'll be tough no doubt but they're missing a couple of key players and at least we know we'll be up for a scrap..that'll do for me to feel optimistic!

It'll be the hardest game of Levein's second managerial tenure. Win that one and games v Dundee and County though, and we are flying in to the harder games v St Johnstone, the filth and the Orcs.

It's great being on the ascendency, just need to keep it going a bit longer, and then we get to the games that should take care of themselves under a good manager like Levein.

A big factor is that going to away games at the moment is the only opportunity Hearts fans have of seeing their team play,

If the Gods are with us this weekend we could be in the incredible position of more wins than draws/losses

Who would have imagined that situation with all our games being away from Tynecastle.

Not long ago we came away from Partick thistle having watched a horrendous display. No passion on show, except when Nicholson came on. We said we wouldnt go to an away game until something changed.

Didnt stick to our words as we love the Hearts but so much has changed since our last visit that I'm looking forward to the match. No easy games but I expect to see us continue to grow as a team. No passengers in the side.

Big 3 points if we can kick on after last week.

Every so often Hearts do this cruel thing to us fans: they give us Hope.

And then we lose 0-3 at Partick*

*we won't  - 2-0 to The Famous

I thought this was going to be about Drew Busby :stunned:

As did I.

Sadly not. My all time favourite Hearts player.

I think tomorrow Hearts will entirely fill the main stand...and may overspill...Thistle are attractive to watch and we did a smash and grab last time...

Watershed match.

Correct mate. Up for the scrap. At least we know we will get 100% effort and commitment. That'll do me and is why I'm going.

And a decent club as well who were onside with us in our darkest hours.

Have seen Thistle a few times this season, playing some very good stuff. Good footballing team who try and play it around as much as possible, Tuesday night against Sevco was first time I have seen them play as long. We'll need to be on our game, they've improved vastly in last two years and will see us as direct competition for top six spot

Could be a cracker

Toast accomplished and extended to all the 2,000 plus Jambos who will be there.

We have our general election tomorrow which I always enjoy but not half as much as a great win against a club I really like.
